Winter Empowerment Fund Athlete – Chris Jefferson has been making great progress in his pursuit of making the 2014 Paralympic Games. The High Fives Foundation has provided Chris with a HOC (Hands on Concept) Sit-Ski, outriggers, and bindings, Gore-Tex boots and other ski gear.
