Chris is a T6-T7 paraplegic, with a complete spinal cord injury. He suffered his injury after a rock climbing fall outside of Colorado Springs, CO.

Chris lives in Denver CO, which has a tremendous support system for disabled athletes. In Colorado, disabled athletes have access to every sport or activity they want to participate in. Chris wants to take advantage of the opportunities available here in this city and state. He wants to play sports and get outdoors whenever he can. Chris wants to remain active and competitive and serve as a mentor and example to others who may be discouraged about participating in sports or outdoor activities. Chris wants to lead by example.
