Our programs are what make us the High Fives Foundation.

Through our grant programs, we help athletes pay for adaptive sports equipment, supply financial support for different rehabilitation resources, and so much more.

Through our awareness programs, we help young people think about safety first to avoid accidents in the first place.

Through our non-profit organization we provide a community to improve quality of life.

Giving a Hand up and a High Five.

Our athletes are faced with the biggest physical challenges and mental hurdles of their lives. We're here to make that just a little bit easier.

Empowerment Fund

Since its inception in 2009, the Empowerment Fund has disbursed $3.3 million dollars in grant funding to individuals and veterans with life-altering injuries to return to an active lifestyle.

Military to the Mountain

Our Military to the Mountain (M2M) program brings 22 disabled veterans together to train at facilities in Dallas, Texas and Reno, Nevada in order to prepare them to go skiing at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows.

Our injury prevention campaign videos are viewed, presented, and distributed to schools, charities, and organizations nationwide.

CR Johnson Healing Center

Our rehabilitation center is central to our organization, quite literally.

High Fives Hangouts

There is power in numbers! With High Fives Hangouts, our athletes can meet up in whatever city they are in.
