GREEN MOUNTAIN SHRED-A-THON

Our pledge-driven event is held each spring at Sugarbush Resort. Participants gather pledges leading up to the big day, then challenge themselves to hot-lap the mountain as many times as possible from first chair to last. Awards are given out across a variety of categories, and the celebration includes a vendor village, lunch for participants, and an all-around great party in the name of philanthropy!

How to Participate

Green Mountain Shred
The Green Mountain Shred is a bell-to-bell Shred-A-Thon fueled by laps, community, and Vermont grit. Locals and diehards come together to chase turns, challenge their legs, and raise critical funds for High Fives athletes—all while soaking up classic Green Mountain vibes.

Fundraising unlocks a discounted lift ticket, a stacked swag box, lunch on event day, entry into all challenges and awards, plus access to the après party and celebration. Raise more → win more.

Event Day Vibes
All-day laps from first chair to last call, friendly competition, vendor hangs, and nonstop energy. Track your laps, take on pop-up challenges, and shred until your legs say otherwise. Helmets required, stoke guaranteed.

Après, the High Fives Way

Participants must raise a minimum of $200 to qualify to participate in the Green Mountain Open.
