Grant Cycle Open HERE
To our Community Members; We’re thrilled to announce that the grant cycle for mental health resources is now open, thanks to the incredible success of the Pedal For Positivity fundraiser. While the fundraiser may be over for 2023, our commitment to supporting mental health remains steadfast and we are planning for the 2024 event.
Inspired by Harrison Biehl’s journey and his dedication to honoring his friend Joe Fazzio’s life, we’re extending our support to individuals in need of mental health services in the Reno/Tahoe area. With over $24,000 raised during the fundraiser, the High Fives Foundation is proud to offer grants towards therapies, treatments, equipment, and other approved expenses.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this grant, here are the parameters and requirements for eligibility and full document HERE:
- Applicants must reside in the Reno/Tahoe area.
- Invoices for all expenses must be provided within 90 days.
- Payments will be made directly to the service provider.
- Please seek in person support.
- Grants will be awarded based on adherence to the moral and ethical principles of the foundation.
If awarded, recipients will receive $1,000 towards mental health services, with payments sent directly to the vendor. We understand the importance of timely assistance, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
