Bob Meserve
Bob was injured in a skiing accident in 1983 and sustained a Spinal Cord Injury at level T-11, leaving him with paralysis from the waist down.
Bob was introduced to the world of Adaptive Sport shortly thereafter. Adaptive equipment in those “early days” was a bit rudimentary and archaic. Advancement in equipment technologies, teaching techniques, and the willingness of Athlete’s to continually “push limits” has enabled him to do more, creating opportunities for increased participation and “WOW” moments for all to experience and see.
“The limits of possibilities are only perceived in the mind.... My mind, knows no limits... Keep pushing, keep moving, keep living joyfully, everyday”
