William is a Purple Heart recipient and left leg, above the knee amputee, sustained from an IED blast while serving in Iraq. William looks forward to inspiring others by tackling any obstacle placed before him. Through adaptive sports, he hopes to participate in all the activities he enjoyed pre-injury.
