In August of 2021, Jasmine was involved in an ATV accident. She was passenger on a four-wheeler that flipped down a 90 foot hill, resulting in a shattered spine, a broken neck, several fractured ribs, and a punctured lung. Jasmine spent two and a half months in the hospital before returning home to learn how to live as independently as possible as a T5 paraplegic.
