Shannon broke her L-1 vertabrae after came up short on landing during a big air jump in competition. In addition, she broke her tibia, fibia, tore her patella tendon, medial meniscus, lateral meniscus, and ACL. Still, Shannon plans to get back to skiing as soon as her body allows her to.
