Trevor had spent the day watching time trials for the tour of Colorado bicycle competition. He was biking home from Vail over Vail Pass to Silverthorne Colorado when his handlebars hit the side of a bridge and flipped him down the hillside where he landed on his head and sustained a SCI at the Cervical level.
