ABOUT BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & AWARENESS
Learning proper breathing techniques can greatly enhance your physical and mental health. Learn breathing techniques that can help you relieve stress, sleep better, gain clarity, have more energy, detoxify, and improve your athletic performance. In this class we will start with guided breathing exercises and follow it up with a guided meditation that helps calm and clear the mind clutter and bring the body into a state of relaxation. This class is designed to help you learn simple tools and techniques you can incorporate into your life to help you cultivate self-awareness, patience, clarity, and acceptance and learn how to navigate stress, overwhelming emotions, and everyday challenges.
