March 22, 2026 event at Palisades Tahoe turns iconic terrain into a launchpad for recovery, resilience, and community impact. https://support.highfivesfoundation.org/campaign/12th-annual-mothership-classic/c738288
On March 22, 2026, High Fives Foundation, in partnership with Arcade Belts, will bring the community together on KT-22 at Palisades Tahoe (the world’s greatest chairlift!) for a purpose-driven day of skiing and snowboarding in support of athletes who have experienced life-changing injuries. Through the Mothership Classic Shred-A-Thon, every lap represents more than progression on snow, it represents the collective effort to help adaptive athletes return to the mountains.
The pledge-driven event invites participants to build teams, fundraise, and spend the day riding bell-to-bell laps on KT-22. Participants who raise $200 or more unlock the full event experience, including a premium swag box, lunch, entry into challenges and awards, and access to the High Fives après celebration. Throughout the day, KT-22 will serve as the epicenter of the High Fives community, bringing together adaptive athletes, local riders, supporters, and partners for a shared mission.

“The Mothership Classic is a celebration of what’s possible when community leads,” said Roy Tuscany, Founder and CEO of High Fives Foundation. “It’s how we help athletes move forward and get back to doing what they love.”
Funds raised directly support High Fives athletes through adaptive equipment, recovery resources, and opportunities to return to the outdoor sports that define their lives. For nearly two decades, High Fives Foundation has helped athletes navigate life after injury, restoring confidence, independence, and identity through sport. The Mothership Classic reflects that mission, uniting community and purpose on one of the most iconic chairlifts in the world.
