Jake Hickman
The reigning J2 National Champion, Jake was injured on December 22, 2011 in Steamboat Springs, CO at the US National Ski Team Selections. He caught an edge before a jump and crashed. When he was taken to the hospital, Jake found out that he was temporarily paralyzed from the T-8 vertebrae down. He used this as motivation to work harder than ever. Jake’s US Ski Team dreams were within grasp, and he plans on working his way back to that level, and with his work ethic the sky is the limit. Check out his 1 year redemption video.
