High Fives Foundation will host the Reign Supreme Art Show Launch Party on Thursday, June 12, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Riverside Studios, located at 10076 Donner Pass Road in downtown Truckee.
The event features a powerful installation of 12-inch-by-12-inch art panels created by community members, artists and athletes, all in tribute to late professional skier and Truckee native C.R. Johnson. The exhibition benefits the C.R. Johnson Healing Center, a program of High Fives Foundation offering free and low-cost recovery services for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries.
Guests can expect to see their artwork on display, enjoy complimentary pizza provided by Best Pies, and gather with community members in celebration of creativity, resilience and C.R.’s legacy.
Online bidding for all art pieces opens Thursday at noon. The starting bid is $105, and each piece includes a “Buy It Now” option for $555. Bidding will close on Thursday, June 27, at 6 p.m. All proceeds directly support the Healing Center’s adaptive wellness programs.
