Three days of adaptive surfing stoke in the heart of Texas.
From October 5–8, 2025, 14 adaptive athletes and 3 High Fives ambassadors gathered at Waco Surf — a world-class wave lagoon in Waco, TX — for three unforgettable days of progression, community, and pure joy.
Across the trip, athletes spent over 25 hours surfing, dialing in new skills and building confidence on every wave. From beginner-friendly rollers to advanced power sections, Waco Surf delivered a controlled environment where athletes could focus on challenging themselves, cheering each other on, and celebrating what’s possible.
For many, this trip wasn’t just about surfing, it was about reconnecting with friends, finding joy in the water, and pushing through barriers with the support of the High Fives Ohana.
