2019 Mothership Classic

Thanks to the community that was built around the gesture of a High Five and friends sponsoring friends for 25 cents a lap, the 5th Annual Arcade Belts’ Mothership Classic raised $54,544 for individuals and Veterans with life-changing injuries.

The Mothership Classic is a pledge-driven event held each Spring on the iconic KT-22 chairlift. Participants gathered pledges to benefit #highfivesathletes and challenged themselves to hot lap KT-22 as many times as possible from first chair to last on skinny skis, retro snowboards, mono skis, and snow blades. Nostalgic ski attire was embraced!

The Empowerment Fund has granted over $3.2 million to 236 individuals and Veterans since inception in 2009. The support of the 2019 Mothership Classic helps our mission year round.

We are a community of humans that want to improve the lives of others, thank you for being a member. Enjoy the videos & photos from the event and see you next year for the 6th Annual event at Squaw Alpine.

High Five to you all!
