In 2025, the High Fives Foundation and MasterCraft Boats continued their shared mission to create waves of opportunity through adaptive surfing. Across 38 surf trips and 152 hours on the water, athletes, volunteers, and partners came together to celebrate inclusion, confidence, and community.
A total of 108 athletes participated in this year’s program, with 58 first-time surfers joining the High Fives Ohana. From first rides to new records, each athlete showcased courage and joy that rippled through every event.

Behind every successful surf session stood an incredible crew of 139 volunteers, including 105 first-time helpers. Their energy, care, and enthusiasm were the heartbeat of the program.
Adaptive athletes surfed in a variety of ways…32 prone, 47 sitting, 20 kneeling, and 11 standing. Each method represents not just a way to ride, but a personal expression of what’s possible through adaptive equipment and community support.

A huge High Five to MasterCraft Boat Company for their continued partnership and commitment to accessibility in water sports. Together, we’re not just creating surf sessions, we’re creating a movement of inclusion and adventure.
Here’s to another season of waves, laughter, and life-changing moments. See you out there in 2026!
