- High Fives on Tap 2013
Join Waterbury, VT native Roy Tuscany at the 2nd Annual High Fives on Tap. The inspirational Executive Director of the High Fives Non-Profit Foundation will host an informative fundraiser at the Vermont Ale House in Stowe, VT on Sunday, Oct. 27 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The uplifting presentation will focus on the Lake Tahoe based, national 501.c.3 organization while emphasizing the fun in fundraising.
Presented by the Vermont North Ski Shops and the Vermont Ale House, the 2nd Annual High Fives on Tap is a highly anticipated event. Delicious samples from Cabot Cheese, Vermont Peanut Butter and an oyster bar courtesy of Wood Mountain Fish will pair well with the 26 beers on Tap at the Vermont Ale House. All attendees will receive a free stein produced by Image Outfitters, product from the Vermont Ale House and are eligible to win a GoPro HERO3 Silver camera in the door prize. Tickets are just $20 and will be available upon entrance.
Amazing items in both the raffle and the silent auction are up for grabs in support of the High Fives Foundation’s program services. This will be a great way to learn about the positive progress the Foundation has been making over the past four years in its mission of assisting athletes that suffer a life-altering injury while pursuing a dream in the winter action sports community.
“While many people in Vermont may have heard about the High Fives Foundation, not everyone understands what this great organization does.” Explains Jesse Murphy of Vermont North Ski Shops and East Coast Representative of the High Fives Foundation. “By hosting the 2nd Annual High Fives on Tap event at the Vermont Ale House, we can inform the community in this beautiful area about the inspirational work that Roy (Tuscany) and his staff have accomplished in four short years. As the High Fives Foundation reaches further across the country, so will the positivity inherent in its mission!”
