On August 13th, the High Fives Non-Profit Foundation hosted the 5th Annual Vermont Charity Golf Tournament. The event, sponsored by GoPro, Vermont North Ski Shop and Kingsbury Companies changed locations this year from Stowe Country Club to the beautiful Killington Golf Course in Central Vermont. Killington generously donated the course to the Foundation.
Following the 12:00pm registration, the day’s events kicked off with lunch provided by Boar’s Head meats from Davis Family Deli Provisions and a “Break the Glass” competition sponsored by Elevation Physical Therapy where golfers attempted to shatter a pane of glass from a challenging distance. At the end of the contest, there was one clear winner – Mad River Valley, VT native, Bud Murphy.

After 5 years of trying to break the glass, this year I did it. I was super surprised and really enjoy supporting High Fives Foundation and the athletes in need at this fun annual event.Mad River Valley, VT native, Bud Murphy
