Adaptive Athletes Nonprofit Foundation

EMPOWERING RECOVERY THROUGH
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE

At High Fives Foundation, we believe a life-altering injury should never be the end of your outdoor adventures. As an adaptive sports foundation, we provide hope, resources, and vital grants to athletes from all walks of life who have experienced devastating setbacks, including spinal cord injuries. Our main goal is to help you get back to the physical activities you love, whether that is adaptive skiing, adaptive snowboarding, adaptive mountain biking, surfing, adaptive fishing, or adaptive motorsports. Operating as an adaptive athletes nonprofit foundation, we fund specialized equipment and help cover critical recovery expenses, such as time at a rehabilitation center for adaptive athletes. We want to completely remove the financial barriers standing between injured athletes and the great outdoors, getting you back to doing what you do best.

To make these life-changing grants possible, we rely heavily on the incredible generosity of our community and existing donors. Every single donation to our adventure sports charity fuels our mission to help as many athletes as possible reclaim their active lifestyles. We are more than just an adaptive sports charity; we are a dedicated support system for those navigating the toughest times of their lives. When you share our story and contribute financially to our adaptive sports charity program, you directly empower an athlete to rediscover their joy and independence on the snow, water, or dirt.

Make a donation, share our mission with your friends, or apply for a grant so we can give you the ultimate high five!
