Vermont North isn’t just a ski shop, it’s the heartbeat of the High Fives Foundation community in Vermont.
Since 1972, this family owned shop has been a cornerstone of Vermont ski culture, playing a vital role in what has become one of the most impactful grassroots fundraising events in adaptive sports… the Green Mountain Shred-A-Thon.
What started 15 years ago as a small gathering with just one tent has grown into a full-scale community celebration, bringing together athletes, donors, volunteers, and brands. From early morning prep at 6 AM to a vibrant base area filled with vendors, demos, food, and energy, Vermont North helps make it all happen.
This is more than an event. It’s a reflection of community, consistency, and commitment to supporting athletes recovering from life-changing injuries.
Huge thanks to Vermont North and everyone who shows up, year after year, to make this movement possible.
