Access Unlimited July 8th

A First Fish, A Lifetime Memory in Dillon, Montana

On July 8, High Fives Foundation’s Access Unlimited program in Dillon, Montana, had a fly fishing adventure that became about much more than catching fish.

Athlete Super Jack spent the day alongside his family embracing every moment with an infectious smile. Even as rain rolled in and lightning lingered nearby, the weather couldn’t dampen the experience. While waiting out the storm on the riverbank, Jack happily entertained himself on a drum set, playing for nearly an hour and reminding everyone that joy can be found anywhere.

When it was finally time to fish, the magic happened.

Jack reeled in his very first fish with his dad by his side. The excitement on his face was unforgettable, and the celebration was shared by everyone on the river.

Through Access Unlimited, High Fives Foundation continues to create opportunities where adaptive athletes and their families can reconnect with the outdoors, build confidence, and make memories that last far beyond a single day on the water.
