#HIGHFIVESATHLETE RYAN ST. LAWRENCE ACHIEVED HIS ARCADE BELTS GOAL OF Mountain Biking!
#HighFivesAthlete Ryan St. Lawrence was an aspiring professional mountain biker prior to his injury, and following a 2016 spinal cord injury, he wasn’t sure if he’d experience the adrenaline of the trails again. On April 19, 2018, Ryan participated in the High Fives first adaptive mountain bike camp and put all of his reservations aside. With his adapted Santa Cruz V10 mountain bike, he plans to frequent the trails this summer.
It's a little funny with my setup stopping and going, but when I'm riding I feel like I haven't missed a beat. It was great to hang out with High Fives and meet some new people.Ryan St. Lawrence
