Blake Perkins
Blake was injured in a motorcycle accident while riding a 1981 Honda CM400 from Glasgow to Bowling Green, Kentucky. Unfamiliar with how to handle curves on the bike, he lost control near a bend, collided with a guardrail, and were thrown into a nearby field. A passerby discovered the scene and called for help, an act that ultimately saved Blake’s life. With the support of family, friends, and extensive rehab, he’s gone on to build a fulfilling life as a spouse, parent, and clinical doctor of physical therapy and researcher.
