Brie was hiking in Algonquin Provincial Park when she lost her footing and fell backwards off the cliff edge through trees landing in water some 20ft below.  Luckily, some kayak campers saw her fall and came to her rescue, they held her spine straight against a log in the cold water until help arrived. “At first, I had no movement in my legs, but by the end of my 3-month hospital stay I was walking with forearm crutches.”

“Be EXCELLENT to each other.”
