Brigette Schutzman
Brigette was on her way to dinner in Peoria when freezing rain began to fall on the country road she was driving. While traveling at about 35 miles per hour, she lost control on the two-lane highway and was struck from the side. She was airlifted to the hospital with a severe head injury, including a depressed skull fracture and brain herniation. Upon arrival, her condition was critical. After spending six weeks in neuro critical care and eight weeks in rehabilitation, Brigette made remarkable progress and was able to return home.

“I like to walk on outoddor trails. Since my balance is poor, I often fall. The Motus extreme will allow me access to the outdoors and the trail to our pontoon boat.“
