Chasity McCulloch
Chasity was injured in a scuba diving incident caused by decompression sickness, also know as “the bends”. While diving a shipwreck in Okinawa, Japan, she experienced a sensation of distress similar to drowning and skipped the required safety stop, ascending directly from a depth of approximately 130 feet.
