Cole’s accident was in the early hours of November 22, 2010. He sustained a TBI that would put him out of snowboarding and school for a month while in a medically induced coma in the hospital. Since the injury, Cole’s physical recovery has gone pretty swiftly, but he has had trouble with the speech and mental side of his recovery. Cole plans to continue to work hard and become even more aware of his body and become even stronger than before. He plans on riding powder again and become a role model and an inspiration to people.

“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude. Don’t complain.“
