David Hochman
David was injured in July 2023 while walking on a sidewalk when an SUV veered off the road and pinned him against a building. The impact trapped his leg and caused severe blood loss until a responding officer applied a tourniquet, ultimately saving his life. the injury resulted in the loss of his leg, requiring multiple surgeries and a transition to life as an amputee.
