Jared Van Leuven
Jared Van Leuven burst fractured his L2 vertebrae resulting in a compromised spinal cord. This was done while snowboarding after a large fall on a large feature. Jared has been snowboarding since he was 8 years old, most recently in a competitive surrounding. Unfortunately, even though proper riding techniques and quality jumps were in place the accident still happened.
