While driving home with his children in the early evening after helping a friend, Jeffrey’s vehicle was struck in a t-bone collision by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign. The impact caused the vehicle to roll several times and land on a large rock, collapsing the cab over his seat and resulting in a spinal cord injury.
