Leslie Livingston
While riding her motorcycle with a group of friends on a trip to Arkansas to enjoy the scenic roads, Leslie encountered a truck towing a boat that crossed the yellow line on a sharp curve. As she swerved right to avoid the vehicle, the boat trailer entered her lane, striking her in the chest. The trailer’s fender severed Leslie’s left leg above the knee and ran over her right femur, crushing it. Leslie underwent surgery to repair hr right leg, including the placement of metal hardware from the top of her femur to his knee, along with additional screws for stabilization.
“Mere existence is not for me. I want to live life to the fullest.”
