Paige McKinnon
Paige was injured while practicing at a motocross track in preparation for the 2026 season. While attempting to clear an obstacle she had been working toward jumping, her dirtbike appears to have spun sideways on takeoff, causing her to crash and land with a hard impact. She immediately realized she had suffered a serious injury.

“With this grant I will get a method to be outside going on bike rides with my family. Being able to cycle with my kids is incredibly important, when I demo'd a one wheel device I was able to take my wheelchair on a bike ride with my kids to the park. It returns a sense of normalcy to all of us.“
