On February 26, 2012, Randy was involved in a snowmobiling accident in Pinedale, WY, while filming for the Alpine Assassins 2012 film. In the accident, he suffered compression fractures to his L-1-L-4 vertabrae,T-11 vertebra, as well as a burst fracture to his T-12 vertebra. Randy keeps a positive attitude and with the help of family, friends, and the High Fives Foundation. He plans on making a 100% recovery that will get him back to shredding in the mountains.
