Sophie Coudurier
Sophie was skiing at Mt. Rose Ski Resort in Reno, NV when she was hit by another skier. She sustained a T6 spinal cord injury in 2012 when she was 14.
Her long term goals of recovery include becoming stronger to maintain independence through personal training, CrossFit, and various adaptive sports. Throughout all of these sports she has continued to push herself physically and mentally.
