Father of two amazing little boys (Braedyn and Taiden), Nevada resident Steven Jacobo had an unfortunate snowboarding accident that left him with an incomplete spinal cord injury at the T9-10 level. After spending a month at Renown Medical Center , Steven was transferred to Ranchos Los Amigos in Downey , CA. Since his injury Steven been doing focused on therapy and lifting weights to get stronger everyday. Steven has always been into action sports and is currently getting into a new sport called WCMX, and in July 2014 High Fives helped him purchase his first freestyle chair.

Partial funding of a WCMX Freestyle Wheelchair by Mike Box Designs, Travel and Accommodations to Compete in a World Cup Adaptive Bobsled Event in St. Moritz, Austria. 2014 – $2,100 WCMX Wheelchair. $2,700.00 Travel and Accommodations to Bobsled World Cup in Austria. 2018 – Travel expenses to Calgary for competition. 2019 – Flight to Switzerland and lodging in Europe for Bobsled Championships.
