Ryan was injured in a dirt bike accident after overshooting a jump and landing hard into a berm. Unable to stop, he was launched off the berm and fell approximately 30 feet to the ground. The crash dislocated his spine, punctured a lung, broke multiple ribs, and resulted in a spinal cord injury from T4 through T6.

“Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go.”

“I hope to use an adaptive bik to eplore the outdoors with my wife andd access places beyond the limits of my wheelchair. It will allow them to experience national parks and remote landscapes together as we travel and explore more of the wilderness.“
