High Fives Community Bike Day Brings Adaptive Adventure to Lee Canyon

September 25, 2026 | Lee Canyon, Las Vegas, Nevada

Four adaptive athletes, one incredible mountain, and a whole lot of downhill fun!

On September 25, 2026, High Fives Foundation headed to Lee Canyon for another unforgettable Community Bike Day. With the support of the Lee Canyon crew, four adaptive athletes took to the trails, explored the mountain on adaptive equipment like Bowhead bikes, and enjoyed a day filled with progression, confidence, and community.

From navigating new terrain to sharing the stoke with fellow riders, the day was a reminder that mountain biking is for everyone.

“Partnering with the High Fives Foundation for the Community Bike Day at Lee Canyon is always a highlight of our summer and bike park season. Watching adaptive athletes hit the mountain, test out equipment like the Bowhead bikes, and build confidence on our trails embodies everything mountain biking should be — accessible, empowering, and community-driven. We are honored to provide the venue and support High Fives in opening up outdoor recreation for everyone, and we can’t wait to welcome the crew back to the mountain for the winter season.”

— Johnny DeGeorge, Marketing Manager, Lee Canyon

A huge HIGH FIVE to Lee Canyon for continuing to create space for adaptive athletes to experience the freedom and excitement of mountain biking.

Next stop? Snow season! We can’t wait to get back on the mountain and keep the good times rolling.
