Key Duty
This position is to coordinate and complete all delegated office tasks.
Responsibilities
maintain office operations
Track and maintain inventory records. Inventory hard count and report last day of the month
Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
Organize and allocate all mail
Office opening procedures (doors, lights, candles, televisions)
Prepare Classy/Heartland/ Square reports for bookkeeper (upload emails to mailchimp)
Complete donation thank you mailers / general shipping (check online woo-commerce)
Overall organization of mailroom, upstairs storage, events closet, prizing and storage unit
Assist at regional events when available
Bank deposits
Other Duties may be assigned
