Snowboarding for the Fun of it!
Rome SDS has partnered with the High Fives Foundation in order to help promote park safety with the World Premiere of B.A.S.I.C.S. #KnowYourPark Documentary. #KnowYourPark is the 4th installation in the B.A.S.I.C.S. safety awareness platform. The World Premiere will be held on Oct. 17th in the backyard of California89 in Truckee. Come brush up on your skiing safety!
Rome SDS was founded by Josh Reid and Paul Maravetz. While Reed and Maravetz worked together in marketing and product development for Burton they felt the need to start something different. Their own company. They began to feel that the snowboard industry was putting out too many mediocre products that sold only because they were used by an Olympic snowboarder and marketed heavily.
Thus, in late 2001, the two launched Rome SDS.

Today, they produce everything you need for on-hill, from boots and bindings to outerwear and apps.
