Matt suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury when he was 23 years old. He had an accident on a night out in London resulting in him falling 26 feet to his head. He had to undergo many of the same forms of mental rehabilitation and cognitive therapy that CR Johnson did. Now he believes he is actually stronger than before.

He is back on the snow in memory of CR Johnson as well as about to run in the Amsterdam marathon to raise money for the High Fives Foundation.

“I just wanted to do this to prove that you can do most things if you really want to and to raise money for High Fives, an amazing charity! To help more people when they have a bit of bad luck!” – Matt Masson

On October 19 of this year Matt will be competing in his first marathon and the gang at the High Fives Foundation couldn’t be more stoked for him! Go get her!
