TRAILS: Therapeutic Recreation & Independent Lifestyles
TRAILS is a comprehensive outreach program of the Rehabilitation Center at University of Utah Health Care, for individuals with spinal cord injury.
TRAILS is aimed at increasing the quality of life for spinal cord patients by getting them involved in outdoor activities in Utah. They have developed a wide range of adaptive equipment for both quadriplegics and tetraplegics, ranging from sip & puff controlled sailboats to electric assisted hand cycles.
