The High Fives Foundation has officially launched its annual Reign Supreme Art Show, a powerful community-driven fundraiser supporting the C.R. Johnson Healing Center. This event features one-of-a-kind 12-inch-by-12-inch art panels created by local artists, adaptive athletes, and community members, all paying tribute to professional skier and Truckee native C.R. Johnson.
Each year, this art auction showcases creativity, resilience, and the spirit of giving. The online auction features a starting bid of $105, with a “Buy It Now” option set at $555. All proceeds go directly to the C.R. Johnson Healing Center, which provides free and low-cost physical and mental recovery services for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries, such as spinal cord injuries, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries.
Thanks to the generous support of Riverside Studios, Truckee-Tahoe Lumber Co., and the talented artists who contribute their work, the Reign Supreme Art Show uplifts both the art community and the adaptive athletes we serve. Artists have the option to donate 50% or 100% of their sales, creating a unique model of shared impact and empowerment.
The C.R. Johnson Healing Center is a critical part of the High Fives Foundation’s mission to provide recovery, hope, and resources for adaptive athletes and individuals navigating post-injury rehabilitation. Every piece of art sold helps fund access to therapy, fitness training, and community support.
