The High Fives Foundation and Practitioner Emily Jones have sold out the Structural Integration Community Day at the CR Johnson Healing Center on Saturday, April 26!
Emily’s appointments typically cost $120/session, and in this community event she will be offering sessions on a donation basis, and open to anyone who schedules a session on a first come, first serve basis. Structural Integration assesses and treats imbalances in your connective and muscular tissue, restoring your body’s natural alignment, and is vital to people living an active lifestyle in an outdoor mountain community.
“Living in an active mountain community really takes a toll on the human body,” said Structural Integration Practitioner Emily Jones. “Structural Integration combats imbalances caused from living an active lifestyle, and I am honored to work with the High Fives Foundation in a community setting, and helping people get back to optimal physical condition.”
To promote health and fitness in the Truckee-Tahoe Community, the CR Johnson Healing Center has been hosting weekly Saturday Community Days for nearly two years now. Along with promoting healthy living, the Community Days are in place to highlight local area healers and fitness professionals, while offering discounted treatments/classes to the public with proceeds going to the High Fives Foundation – CR Johnson Healing Center.
