Red Dot Management is joining High Fives as a safety coordinator for our adaptive camps!
High Fives Foundation announces that Michael Bumann has joined our organization as a volunteer EMT and Water Rescue Tech to provide medical support for our multiple Adaptive Athlete Camps. Michael comes to us with an extensive background as a Firefighter/EMT, Rescue SCUBA Diver, and BLS Instructor with multiple tactical EMS certifications.
Michael previously served as founder and Chief of the Guanacaste, Costa Rica Rescue Squad, held the role of “Risk Management and Emergency Care Advisor” for Sin Limites Costa Rica, a similar non-profit based in Costa Rica; and is currently assisting the State of Oaxaca, Mexico to improve their 911 platform and disaster response capabilities” Michael is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Red Dot Management, LLC and resides in Truckee, California with his wife and four amazing children.
