Always an honor to have #highfivesathlete Ryan St. Lawrence visiting the CR Johnson Healing Center!

Ryan just sent it from Boston to Colorado to pick up his newly adapted sprinter van then drove the van from Colorado to California to get a workout in at the CR Johnson Healing Center!

Ryan broke his back during a fall while riding with friends at the Highland Mountain Bike Park in New Hampshire. The fall resulted in T4 and high C vertebrae fractures leaving him paralyzed from the upper stomach down.

Ryan is dedicated to getting back on his feet in some capacity. Mountain biking was and will always be his passion, and he aspires to one day pursue the sport again. Ryan will ALWAYS strive for an active lifestyle, even if it’s in an adaptive fashion.
