The High Fives Foundation is very excited to be working with Co-Owner of Elemental Back & Body Kaila Cruttenden again as she will host an Acupuncture and Massage Community Day this Saturday, May 24 with hour-long appointments from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Whether it’s Acupuncture to relieve that nagging pain, a relaxing massage, or a combination of both, Kaila has you covered. There are only four appointments available, so book yours while there’s still spots.
To promote health and fitness in the Truckee-Tahoe Community the CR Johnson Healing Center has been hosting weekly Community Classes for over two years. Along with promoting healthy living, the Community Events are in place to highlight local area healers and fitness professionals, while offering discounted treatments/classes to the public with proceeds going to the High Fives Foundation – CR Johnson Healing Center.
