The 2014 The Jack Trottier Open charitable golf tournament is THIS weekend, to benefit Jack who was paralyzed in a snowboarding accident.
Jack attends a facility called Journey Forward, two days a week. Journey Forward (JF) is an exercise based rehabilitation facility. Unfortunately, JF is not considered a medical facility and is, therefore, not covered by insurance.
Jack attends JF two days per week for two hours each day at a cost of $400 per week or $20,800 per year. Thankfully, profits from The Jack Trottier Open last year paid for an entire year of this innovative rehabilitation.
