Make-a-Wish puts out trailer for “Batkid Begins”

Truly inspirational, Miles Scott, 5, who battled leukemia, was “Batkid” for a day thanks to the Make-A-Wish foundation. Now, a documentary featuring Miles called “Batkid Begins” will be sure to capture your heart.

The city of San Francisco came to together to make “Batkid” happen, now “Batkid Begins” will follow the events leading up to the day Batkid saved San Francisco and what happens when an event goes unintentionally viral, a planned 200 participants turned into 25,000 volunteers. The trailer was released at Comic-Con in July. While “Batkid” has saved the day in the film, he has really “saved” the town of San Francisco and the world by capturing the hearts of both internet fans and local San Francisco neighbors.  The documentary is on a fundraising website called IndieGogo and still with 21 days left of the fundraiser, the documentary has already raised more than half of its $100,000 goal!
