Know Your Progression!

Progression is a key part of staying safe!

It is important to understand your ability while progressing in the park. Start small, learn the basics before you throw anything, and progress to your big tricks throughout the day. It doesn’t hurt to get advice from a coach or another Freestyle athlete. Progress safely and gauge your ability, ski within your limits!

The #KnowYourPark Instagram Photo and Video Contest is LIVE!

This social media contest is designed to encourage winter action sports enthusiasts to promote and share their personal photos and videos on Instagram demonstrating safety in ski and snowboard resort terrain parks. The goal of the contest is to engage snow sports lovers and generate excitement for and interest in the Foundation’s B.A.S.I.C.S. Program Service.
